Offers & Coupons are not available on all Product or Purchases, it works only on Selected Range of Products or Collections

We only offer minor alterations as a vast majority of our collections are MTO (Made To Order)and specially handcrafted for you. The customer must initiate the alteration request via email at juanitaensemble@gmail.com, within 1 week of receiving the goods. Please note that under these circumstances, all other general conditions may apply.

Disclaimer: Please note variations in colours and embroidery is part of handmade process.

–The goods must be sent back preferably in good packaging to ensure they are adequately protected during transport.

-Before dispatch, each of our products goes through a quality check, packed and sealed carefully. The product is only eligible for a return in the case of damage in transit wherein please report your complaint directly with us stating the reason.

-We do not follow all your Order's Special Instructions which you fill-in during Purchase.

-We do not accept returns or exchange on custom made, or made to measure pieces. If the size ordered is required to be changed, we will only provide alterations at no extra cost.

-The customer has to bear shipping costs for returning/exchanging an item. All Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale Items:

-Items sold under promotions, or at a discounted price cannot be exchanged or returned.
